This patch fixes a bug in the included Super Pac-Man demo where the game would crash upon getting a game over while no keys are onscreen, aswell as a bug where if you beat the level while the Bonus Star is onscreen, the noise keeps playing until you close the game.

It also introduces an icon that displays at the top of the screen when Super Pac-Man's turbo mode is on.
